[Tutorial]How to add scanbars with heartbeat effect

This is my first tutorial.

Requirements:
Adobe Photoshop(any version) and Imageready
Patience
Creativity

Ok.Let's Start.

Open a document or hit Ctrl+O on your keyboard.

Then,hit Ctrl+J on your keyboard.

Go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur with these settings:20,Zoom and Best.

Go to Windows>Animation

Then,on the first frame,Go see the Layers and then there is an eye beside the pictures.Look for the duplicated layer.Click the eye beside it.

Then,Create 2 scanbars,One vertical and One horizontal.Set the mode to Color.

Then on the animations window,click the duplicate layer.Click the Move Tool.Move the scanbars to the other side of your photo.And click on the eye beside the original background.

Click the tween button.Follow the presets.

Then,change the time to 0.1 seconds.

Go to imageready.Go to File>Save Optimized As.

the writings are blurred and i cant read the presets in the tween step..
