BALD/SHAVED HEAD is it neat or rugged???
Some say SHAVED HEAD looks pretty neat
others say its rugged....
i dunno...

I've had my head shaved for about 14 years....and yeah, it does depend on the person....some people's heads are not shaped right and look kinda funny....i've got a good shape, so most people say it looks good on me
