this is for real...

The game is set in Manila, Philippines in 2007, seven years after Jose Delos Reyes escaped from the struggles of life in the city, a city tearing itself apart with poverty, gang trouble and corruption. A place where corrupt government officials thrive despite the penalties that were supposed to discipline them.

It's now 2007 and Jose has got to go home. His gang, Tribo Ni Jose, (English: Jose's Tribe), and his family have fallen apart and his neighborhood is turning into a drug mule for dealers and gang chiefs. On his return to the neighborhood, Jose was then emailed by his brother Arnel that three men from a rival gang called the Fili Kingz mugged and killed his father. Jose then committed himself to re-building the hood and avenging the death of his father.

Jose steadily befriends his new buddies, among them Carl "CJ" Johnson and Thomas "Tommy" Vercetti. The two went to the Philippines to take down a rival gang leader, who smuggled cars for profit.

this GTA is for real. try googling it or use wikipedia. currently the group still gathering people to contribute and help finish the said edition of GTA. its not new at all. i've seen already lots of GTA san andreas being edited by some groups. try searching "lucky star GTA" in youtube if you don't believe.

just like the red alert 2 and sims. editing the sprites in the directory and this thing is possible. If you remember NBA live 2003 was also edited by some PBA fans group and change it to PBA live 2003. i'm not sure if its possible to make it work in ps2.

I think this won't be actually a game... More like a mod. (Modified/Modification) to the game...

Nah, this isn't "real". It will definitely be a modification or a patch.
That's funny, though.
