You Can Use The Cloud Effect In Adobe...

Okay Let's Start...

Open Your Adobe...

Press CTRL+N...

Then Make It 355x165 Size, But Make Sure It Is In Pixel And In A White Background...

Then It Will Go Like This:

After Change The Color Whatever You Want... Me I Choose Light Pink...

Next, Press Filter>Render>Clouds>

DONE!!! Now It Will Look Like This:

TIP: You Can Now Put Text, Pictures, Designs,Borders etc. And Animate It...!

added in the directory already...

btw.. they can also play with the layers..
Duplicate it and play with the mode...
Like setting it to screen, lighten, overlay, and etc...
