Most Layouts are ignored
only 2 slots are available for the none sticky threads. Meaning most layouts are ignored because of too much stickies.

Actually i got your point.
yeah, many layouts there are now sticky.
some layout/s maker don't notice their topic
because its flooded with those sticky topics.
im not saying that we disable that sticky topic.
i suggest if we have a sub-forum there.

it has too many pages and the stickies are the targets of viewers *sigh* i don't think the ones in the middle (ex. page 50 or whatever) gets noticed.The first 3 pages are probably active but the rest are left behind. (except when they use the search function which most people don't)

My pagination is 50 topics per page, so I can clearly see 2 pages and 10 topics.
Every visit I make on the CSS section. Topics not sticked, move up and up then circulate...
I assure you they are not ignored. The view rate justifies this... It looks inactive because some members don't bother to give a comment. Some aren't even members when viewing the topic. That's why the views increase kinda rapidly.

The layouts aren't ignored.The topic stickies just helps us to find some layouts the easy way,kinda like,compiling them so the other members wouldn't have a hard time finding the desired layout or layout author they want to search.The CSS Section only needs a little bit of a cleaning due to closed old threads in the last pages.Don't say that the most of the layouts are ignored.Because nobody forces members to notice the layouts someone's been posting.
