Sticky or Stickies, every section in this forum has one.
The Rules are there, and it consists of several relevant topics.
Do you actually read the Stickies here in FriendsterTalk?
If you don't want to answer directly, at least answer the poll.
Remember:
To save you from asking questions, please always read the Stickies.
It could also keep you from getting into trouble.

yup..i do read some of it...
anyway, what does a sticky topic really means?
It's an important topic or something?

Stickies most of the time consists of topics that are sought over and over.
Just like the ones on the Tricks and Tutorials thread.
Or if a topic is significantly useful and is a backbone of a specific section,
Then can we make it a sticky...

Sir Aries, how did you say it is important? I read them but some are not important. Well it's very offensive if I will pinpoint them one by one!!

Well it just depends on the moderator handling the section. for me important threads are the ones that should be made sticky

There are moderators assigned on each section.
Sometimes we stick topics that are relevant to a "topic of a section".
For example in the Fashion section I decided make 2 topics a sticky.
Of which I believe are the usual topics discussed under Fashion.
- Share Today's Hottest Trends in Style and Fashion!
- your OWN fashion SIGNATURE
It would really depend on the moderator assigned.
Members can also suggest to make a thread a sticky, as long as it's relevant.
i dont read stickies alot, only some, i just read them if the title looks interesting,

Sir Aries and ma'am Padme, thanks for the vital answer
I hope some mods must critique first the thread/s/topic/s before making it sticky!

you can report some stickies that are nonsense
and the moderator assigned can Unstick it.
@topic:
i do read it but not all.
shh..Just the necessary stickies like announcements or anything. but some general discussions that are sticked, i dont usually read them.

Read all Stickies because it's important. Not reading = uninformed

yah i read some of them but not all, i guest i better to read all of that
