pure css- box positioning updated

pure css box positioning:

what to do..

1. make an image design first
save ur image in some site .. but dont use photobucket they auto resize the image if it exceed to there requirements...

2. go here  :arrow:  http://cubancouncil.com/friendster/   get ur most basic code just make all boxes including the header transparent we wont be needing those anyway..
set the bg attachment to scroll

3. use ur hiding codes.. i provided some just edit those depending to design u want to achieve
just open the file.. develope / improve  those...

4. now apply some tweaks like resizing of your  images, controlpanelbuttons etc etc

5. start your repositioning ... begin from top to bottom
the codes aint flawless when it comes to mainnav and footer but tolerable..


6. you may add js like this one...

or arrange it in sideway style ....again just play with the codes

you may also reposition ur addbox ... just use the addbox id u use
remember for id use number sign  #
for class use period or dot    .

7. remember to leave ur css box empty for it will  affects the out come.. hit revert if necessary

thats all happy tweaking...

But I think when the screen resolution gets smaller, the boxes overlap. :lol:

Anyway, you can make this work in Firefox too if you apply styles as a function in javascript. :D

i used the standard resolution... 1024 x 768 since that the most commonly used
thus if u wish to make one and base the resolution to ur screen...
