2. Select Drop Down Menu Flash
3. Now you will see this 
Put this on Inside Button's Text Label's

4. After Downloading the SWF, You will see it at your desktop..
Go to www.ripway.com and upload your SWF
5. After Uploading the SWF on Ripway, Put The Link of Your SWF here

this is a nice flash navigation trick... i tried putting it on my profy but seems i can't get it to work... i can only see a white rectangle on it's place 
... what do you think is the problem with it?
