[TUTORiAL] How to Make a Realistic Paper w/o downloading Patterns !

Do you want to make realistic paper using Adobe ?
If you do, follow these simple steps . ( I provided visual aides )
I used Adobe Photoshop CS2 .

Okay ! Let's get started ,

First , make a new 200 x 300* file .
Papers are usually rectangle .
Go to the Tools palette and select the ROUNDED RECTANGLE TOOL .
You can choose any color you want , it doesn't matter because it'll be covered by a Pattern Overlay later .
Make a rectangular shape using the rounded rectangle tool .

After doing that , Go to the Layers pallete located at the bottom right part of the screen , right-click on the rounded rectangle layer then select Blending Options .

Let's add pattern to the shape .
Select Pattern Overlay .
You'll see different textures ,
Click the little arrow located at the right side of the textures , then click Grayscale Paper .

Choose the pattern which I surrounded with red lines , adjust the scale of the texture , I chose 70 . After adjusting the scale , hit OK .

Your paper should look like this now :

Now , let's flatten the image .
Go to the Layers palette , click on the little arrow located below the close button .

Let's add more detail on the paper .
Go to Image , Adjustments , Brightness/Contrast .

Adjust the Contrast to +90

Your paper looks realistic ! Now , Let's add holes in it .
Now , Go to the Tools palette and then select Ellipse Tool .

Make a little circle at the upper part of the paper .

Go to the Layers pallete , right-click on the circle layer , then select Blending Options .
Then , check Inner shadow ( No need to adjust )

Duplicate the circle layer 4 times* then put them anywhere you want it .

Tadahhhh ! A realistic paper !

This is my Finished product ! ( I added brushes and sum chuvaness in it . Lol . )

I hope you can understand my tut , it's easy !

P.S. If your only gonna reply "Thanks for Sharing!" , "Nice tut!" , etc. , don't even bother posting , okay ?.
