First of all
Im Aila Janella Just call me AILA

this is easy to apply
But this is for nOObs ok!
U need:
Photoimpact 12
{maybe any versions}
{especially X3}
Patience

Applying DIFFRACTION Effect
With text~

Lets Start
First,Open A image,Picture below..

Then,Go to Photo>Lens Filters>Diffraction Filter

And have a choose in effect!

Better Viewing
http://i30.tinypic.com/x608w2.jpg
And Hit that
Save??File>Save as

With text??
Click the text tool..pic below

Mah Outcome-Share ur Outcome hir!

Remember:The text is have a border xo...
ur text is like glowing ok!
