Yes, this isn't really that important nor unnecessary to post in public, but i'll say it for everybody to know. to mods, pls inform me first if you guys find this "nonsense" and would like to close this thread.
i'm just noticing lately that some members here were using the spoiler tag to post in filipino while outside the philippines section. and thankfully, there were only few whom i just saw. but prevention is still better than any medication, so my plea is to stop them from using the said tag to be able to do these violations before everybody else in this forum would start to imitate what they are doing. i hope people would use the tool in it's proper and appropiate way.
i know this is already an old issue and been discussed long ago. but i'm opening it again since there are still some who can't get the point of following rules. we were told to post using proper language, pls try to follow them (the rules) as much as you can and pls avoid cheating. thank you.

wow. i havent noticed that since im not fond of opening spoilers.
My suggestion would be, for those who come across those posts with tagalog within spoilers, kindly report it so we can act on it immediately.

Actually spoilers are used for...
Of course spoilers and ice breakers.
I noticed some of the spoilers have other languages though. The problem is... I can determine if I should delete them or not. 
Anyway thanks for the suggestion nix. Of course we will take your word for it.

I agree with meng, just report the spoiler post that are not in english in other than regional threads. I have done that the last few days but honestly was not sure if against the rules since it is hiden in the spoiler

Actually you can use profanities on spoilers due to it can be considered as an ice breaker. Just make sure you have substantial proof to support what you are saying. Don't say profanities just for the sake of it... Prove your point why you said it.
Spoilers can be considered an outlet. Just learn when to stop.

I have to disagree. Using profanities can not be tolerate in any event.
Ignoring those may lead to further misinterpretations between members. In fact, we all do must prevent ourselves from doing those.
If any issues or problems toward/against other individuals involving spoiler, and in other way in this forum, can be settled privately with consent of the moderators.

Though i have to agree with kuya eehjhay. we still have these in the rules:
2. Don't use language other than English (except in Regional Boards).
3. Avoid using any foul and offensive words, ALL CAPS, sTiCkY cApS when posting.
4. No spamming and flamming in any form.
5. No nudity and offensive content in any post including signatures and avatars.
