Not bad, bro.  Actually that was pretty damn good.  Very meaningful lyrics.  Keep it up, bro.  The acoustics were not great, but that's not your fault because you were just there in front of your PC and webcam.  Would sound really great in a studio, for sure.  I'll give ya 8/10.

anyways, just a lil trivia, my guitar is way older than me... its actually my dad's way back before i was born... its a yamaha cj-10... i never really valued it's worth until i started getting to envy my brothers and cousins playing good at it... although i really don't play it that well still, i figured i can sing good while playing basics on it.... and thats when it started.... the "Just a Friend" was my very first written song... it has a story relating to a past of mine lol.... 4 years back... first year college... so noob... lots to learn... you know... haha...
