I'm not sure but probably the timezone is affected by daylight savings time because friendstertalk server is located in US. Should I decrease the default time by 1 hour?

yeah decrease it by 1 hour. but if its about DST, nevermind, it will again change

I dont know whether its has something to do with DST or not, anyway the site timezone has been adjusted.
